Swim Generation are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of personal data that we maintain about Swim Generation clients, employees, pool owners and any other individuals. We wanted to let you know that we have updated our Privacy Policy in line with new data protection laws which came into effect on 25th May 2018 which tells you in detail what we do with your data.

Our database has grown organically as we have grown; we do not acquire or use data from any other source other than from enquiries or enrolment for SG lessons. To receive service and marketing emails/texts, you will need to provide certain voluntary information about yourself; this particularly applies when you become a Swim Generation client as you are required to register for lessons. Swim Generation collects and stores this information on a secure internal database and does not share this information with any third party. All the data we hold is only used for Swim Generation lessons, bookings, programme information and relevant marketing communication.

We are committed to acting in accordance with your wishes and you have the opportunity to unsubscribe AT ANY TIME if you decide that you no longer want us to send you any marketing communications. Simply reply ‘unsubscribe’ to any email or communication you receive from us. Alternatively, please call us on 0208 940 9431 or email us on info@swimgeneration.co.uk to ask us to unsubscribe you.

Please note we may still need to contact you regarding factual, transactional, operational and logistical information about swimming lessons, services and products that we provide for you.
