We teach you how to swim

We teach all ages and abilities with in-water instruction, from luxury environments and provide 5* service. Invest in your child’s water safety and a confident, happy swimmer will evolve.

3 Months - 2 Years

We teach you how to swim

Introduce your baby or toddler to the water and conquer a fear before it even starts.
A special activity to build on a bond between parent and baby whilst creating the
foundations for a safe and happy swimmer.

2 Years - 12 Years

We teach you how to swim

Its time for the parent to leave the water. Our coaches will be in the water with your
child, delivering expert instruction and demonstrations. We offer private and small
group lessons to give your child undivided attention.

12 Years - 18 Years

We teach you how to swim

Its time to join our Squad. Improve your stamina, refine your technique and find your
competitive streak. Prepare to join a swim club or simply do something you love
whilst socialising with peers and improving your fitness.

Adults

We teach you how to swim

Ready to take the plunge? It’s never too late to learn how to swim. We are here and
ready for all ages and abilities. We will get you ready for that holiday you are
dreaming of. Already a swimmer? Work with our expert team to get you ready for a
triathlon or your general fitness and technique.

What ages are swimming lessons suitable for?

We teach all ages starting from 3-months old up to adults.

How long does it typically take for a complete beginner to learn to swim independently?

All swimmers are different and all children and adults learn differently. The hardest part is conquering the fear. Our team are highly experienced in dealing with all levels of fear and ability. The job of the coach is to make the swimmer feel comfortable and confident in the water, so that they forget their fear. With private and small group lessons, our coaches can offer undivided attention and support so that our swimmers can overcome that fear quickly.

What should I bring to a child's swimming lesson?

Goggles, a hat, swimming costume and towel.

What is the process for assessing my child's current ability?

A swimmer will be assessed during their first lesson. The swimmer will continue to be assessed throughout the term. When a swimmer is ready to move up to the next level, the office will get in contact with you to discuss your booking and any necessary changes.

Are your swimming instructors fully qualified, DBS checked, and insured?

Yes, all of our team are fully qualified, DBS checked and insured.

Do you offer home visit lessons in London and Surrey?

Yes, we can provide an instructor if you have an indoor pool in London or Surrey. You would need to commit to a minimum 2hr block.

Can parents join or watch the swimming lessons?

Parents cannot join in the lesson or enter the water unless they have booked a Parent and Baby lesson. Parents can watch the lesson from the side of the pool. The lesson will run for 28-minutes with 2-minutes at the end to receive feedback from the coach.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Please inform the head office team ahead of the lesson. The head office will be able to provide you a catch up lesson. *T&Cs apply.

How do you track progress, and what happens when my child advances?

You will receive a login to our online portal to track progress and see what your child is working towards.

What if my child is nervous about water / has special requirements?

Our team are incredibly experienced in teaching all sorts of abilities and catering to a variety of needs. If there are any special requirements or information that you would like to pass onto the coach, please inform the head office via your registration form and this can be logged on your account and on the register.
