I graduated in physical education in 2002. My experience in the area involves working in the gym as an Exercise on Referral Instructor, Personal Trainer, teaching exercise classes such as Spinning and Circuit Training and of course swimming.
I became passionate about Triathlon a few years ago when I decided to participate in a charity event for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
I have been training for other events even since and taking part in triathlon events helps challenge myself and keep fit.
I’m enthusiastic about teaching children and adults of all abilities. I will assess everyone individually and give them clear, practical instructions and tasks, breaking it down and putting the stroke back together again.
