Swimming has been one of my passions since my childhood in Italy. I’ve always enjoyed swimming in the lakes near my home, or in the sea during my summer holidays in the South of Tuscany.
After arriving in the UK in September 2003, I went to North Devon in March 2004 where I completed my beach and pool lifeguard qualifications, the climate somewhat different from what I was used to!
When I came back to London I began working in various swimming pools as a lifeguard, my aim being to become a qualified swimming coach. Once I had achieved my Level 2 certificate in 2005, I began working as a swimming instructor, gaining a wealth of experience over the years working with swimmers of every age and level. I am comfortable teaching one-on-one lessons, school groups, or a swimming club, the common denominator being that swimming is a life skill with
which everyone should be equipped.
I look forward to teaching your children how to swim and to watch their progress, which is always extremely rewarding for me. I continuously strive to help each child reach his or her potential and to instill a lifelong love of swimming.
