Frequently Asked Questions

01

What is the structure of a typical holiday swimming course day?

Lessons are 30-minutes each day. The structure depends on the need to that swimmer. The instructor will assess the swimmer and focus on the areas that need to be improved. For example, if Breaststroke is stopping a swimmer from moving up to the next level, the instructor will base the course around Breaststroke.

02

What ages are the holiday swimming courses suitable for?

Our holiday courses are for 2yrs to 16yr olds.

03

Are the holiday swimming lessons suitable for beginners or nervous swimmers?

Yes, absolutely. As the swimmers are swimming each day they remember what they have done the day before and build on that. They develop a bond and trust with the coach which makes them comfortable enough to conquer their fear.

04

How do I book a spot in the holiday swimming courses?

Send a form via our ‘get started’ page. A member of the team will get back to you and book you in within 24-hours.

05

Do you offer group sizes or private options for holiday courses?

We offer 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 classes.

06

When and where do the holiday courses run?

We run our courses at a variety of health clubs and private pools. Keep an eye on our ‘holiday course’ page and social media for our announcements.

07

What happens after the holiday course? How do we continue progress?

We strongly encourage that you continue weekly lessons to build on the skills that the swimmer has gained. If they do not continue to practice, they will lose the skills they have been working on.

08

Do I need to provide any equipment, or is it supplied?

We provide all equipment. You will need to bring your own goggles, towel, hat and swimming costume.
